1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using DraftLogo ("the Service") at draftlogo.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DraftLogo is an AI-powered logo generation platform that allows users to:

  • Generate professional logos using artificial intelligence
  • Download high-resolution logo images
  • Store and manage generated logos
  • Purchase credits to generate additional logos

DraftLogo provides automated design services only and does not offer manual or human design work.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use the Service, you must create an account using Google authentication. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account and any activities that occur under your account.

Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Account Usage

You agree not to:

  • Share your account with others
  • Use automated scripts or bots
  • Attempt to bypass credit limits
  • Use the Service for illegal or harmful purposes

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Credits and Payment Terms

4.1 Credit-Based System

DraftLogo operates on a credit-based usage model:

  • Users purchase credits to generate logos
  • Each logo generation consumes credits
  • Credits are non-transferable
  • Credits do not expire once purchased

4.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely by Dodo Payments.

We do not store any credit/debit card information on our servers.

4.3 Refund Policy

Due to the digital and instant-delivery nature of our service:

  • All purchases are non-refundable
  • Once credits are delivered, they cannot be reversed
  • No refunds are provided for unused credits

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using purchased credits, please contact us at ratneshchipre@gmail.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

5. User Content

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service, including:

  • Brand inputs
  • Generated logos
  • Downloaded images

By using the Service, you grant DraftLogo permission to store and display your generated logos within your account.

5.2 Content Guidelines

You agree not to generate or upload content that:

  • Is illegal, harmful, threatening, or abusive
  • Violates intellectual property rights
  • Contains hate speech or explicit content
  • Impersonates any person or brand
  • Violates any applicable laws

5.3 Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we find objectionable, without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership of Generated Logos

You own the logos generated through your account

You are granted a commercial usage license for downloaded logos

However:

  • DraftLogo does not guarantee that generated logos are completely unique
  • Similar outputs may be generated for other users due to the nature of AI

6.2 Platform Ownership

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality (excluding user-generated content) are owned by DraftLogo and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Use of AI-Generated Content

You acknowledge that:

  • Logos are generated using artificial intelligence
  • Outputs are based on algorithms and user inputs
  • DraftLogo cannot guarantee exclusivity or originality of designs
  • You are responsible for reviewing logos for trademark or legal conflicts before commercial use

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted
  • Generated logos will meet specific expectations
  • Outputs will be completely unique
  • The platform will be error-free

Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DraftLogo shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of business or revenue
  • Loss of data
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Issues arising from use of generated logos
  • Downtime or technical failures

You agree that DraftLogo's total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You misuse the platform
  • Fraudulent or abusive activity is detected

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time.

We will notify users of major changes by updating the "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in India.
